1. Acceptance
By creating an account, using the app, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Return Policies. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase and contact support.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and telling us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict an account when necessary to protect customers, L’yvian, or our providers.
3. Products and availability
We work to display descriptions, colors, sizes, images, prices, and availability accurately. Appearance may vary by screen, and some products are made or shipped by third parties. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution or refund.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Your total is shown before you confirm payment and includes applicable charges known at that time. Stripe processes payments. An order is not considered paid until the processor confirms the transaction. We may cancel and refund duplicate, suspicious, unauthorized, or unfulfillable transactions.
5. Orders and changes
Review products, quantities, and your address carefully before paying. Once production or preparation begins, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Contact support as soon as possible so we can explain the available options.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of inventory, production, carriers, weather, customs, or an incorrect address. An order may arrive in multiple packages. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Requests are reviewed under our Return Policy. Do not ship an item without instructions. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the financial institution.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the app or website for fraud, abuse, impersonation, technical interference, unauthorized resale, infringement of third-party rights, or illegal activity. L’yvian’s content, design, brand, and software may not be copied or exploited without authorization.
9. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party payment, hosting, communication, production, and shipping providers. Their services may have separate terms. L’yvian remains your point of contact for matters related to your order.
10. Limitations and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, L’yvian is not responsible for interruptions or delays beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. These terms are interpreted under applicable Florida and United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
